Sunday Tramp
The final weekend tramp will be on Mt Ruapehu to the Saddle Cone and the Seagull Colony.
This is classified as a “Fit” walk as there is a steep climb up from the Wairere Stream to the plateau above. Those who would like to join us but don’t want to make the climb could stay down by the stream or make their way back to the van which will be parked near The Chateau and enjoy a coffee while they wait for the group to return.
