Best to do the Tree Sanctuary walk first – only 3.5km through beautiful forest.
If the Mountain Bike track is added to your tramp, take care when you reach the Okurapoto Road T junction. Take the left road following the red bike sign. The right side road will take you a lot further on the more recent extension of the mountain bike track.
The H tree is on the left hand (Southern) half of the Loop Walk.
